Beyond the Mind is a transformative 4-day retreat in the Norwegian forest, held by experienced Sámi guides and healers. Through shamanic breathwork, craniosacral touch, ceremony and nature immersion, you will reconnect with your body, heart, and deeper essence.

Held near Elverum, at the edge of the mystical Finnskogen, this is a sacred space for healing, integration, and remembrance.

The Location – Søsætra Retreat Center

 

Located just 1.5 hours from Oslo Airport (Gardermoen), Søsætra is a peaceful sanctuary near Elverum, surrounded by forest, sky and silence.

 

It features:
